Creating categories and templates for a language

To create templates for a language :

1. Create the « mother » category [[Category:Niutands ??]] (linked to the upper category Category:Wikiniutands (Razdos)),

2. Create the five « daughter » categories :

• [[Category:Niutands ??-A]] (mother tongue)
• [[Category:Niutands ??-4]] (very good knowledge of the language)
• [[Category:Niutands ??-3]] (good knowledge of the language)
• [[Category:Niutands ??-2]] (average knowledge of the language)
• [[Category:Niutands ??-1]] (little knowledge of the language)

each linked to the « mother » category [[Category:Niutands ??]]

3. Create the five templates :

• {{Niutands ??}}, linked to the [[Category:Niutands ??]] and to the [[Category:Niutands ??-A]]
• {{Niutands ??-4}}, linked to the [[Category:Niutands ??]] and to the [[Category:Niutands ??-4]]

4. Create the « list » of templates of a language on the sub-page [[Wikipedia:Babilu/??]] writing, on this page, {{Babilu razda|??}}

5.1. Create there under, the section for the language, writing, in the « Razdos » section there under

{{Razda|prefix|name of the language|gothic name of the language}}

5.2. If the language doesn't have a Wikipedia , then create there under, the section for the language, writing, in the « Razdos » section there under

If gothic seems you "slavic" it because it's the most archaic germanic language whose closest related language family is (if I remember well) Slavic. You can contribute even if you don't speak : I learn gothic working on this wiki. Gothic works like all (ancient) germanic languages, so if you know one, you just have to adapt yourself a bit. I may be totaly mistaking when I say they're closely related, in fact it's only something I think I remember me. For neologisms, I can only give you b:User:Sajasazi/neologismes but there are only three words and the page is partly in french (my native language) so it may not be so useful to you. We should try to do a bit work with Alexander to see which words we've created and on which base, but I think there are a lot ! -- Sajasazi 15:45, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
